• Uploading or transmitting any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data mining techniques on the Platform.
• Impersonating any person, entity, or representative of Mebnados.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to disrupt, manipulate, or interfere with discussions or seminar sessions.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to the Platform or its Content without authorisation.

4.3 Discussion and Interaction

The Platform may include discussion forums, comment areas, and interactive seminar features. You are responsible for all content you submit in these areas. You agree to engage respectfully and constructively with other participants and to refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to seminar recordings, presentations, written materials, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Mebnados and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

5.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

5.3 User Submissions

If you submit any content, feedback, or materials to the Platform, you grant Mebnados a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence.

6.3 Refunds

12.1 By Mebnados

12.2 By You

You may discontinue use of the Platform and request deletion of your Account at any time by contacting us at help@cugigya.pro. Termination of your Account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform and access Content will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
